Merchandise may sometimes be damaged during transportation from the manufacturer or from the warehouse. These damages might not be apparent when uncrating on delivery. Here are some of the problems that may occur on delivery:
- The appliance does not work.
- The appliance is damaged.
- The furniture is torn, scratched or broken
- Some parts are missing for assembly
